If the home comfort system breaks down, how fast will you service it?

As a Premier Program member, you can expect priority service should the heating and cooling system ever need servicing. Please contact Good2Go and one of their qualified service technicians typically will be dispatched to your home within 24 hours or less.

The installation is performed by Good2Go. Installations in most cases take about a day. Good2Go will set up a time and day for the installation that is most convenient for you and fits with your schedule.

With the Premier Program, all home comfort system maintenance, consumable parts (air filters and UV bulbs) and covered repairs are included per the terms of your Premier Program agreement.

Yes. Good2Go will answer all your questions concerning how the home comfort system works, walk you through how to properly operate the new controls, and show you how to change the consumable parts as required.

Good2Go works with several quality, nationally recognized HVAC, plumbing, and electrical manufacturers. Based on your specific home comfort needs, Good2Go will recommend the best options for you to consider.

Good2Go will safely remove and dispose of your old home comfort system in an environmentally friendly manner.

Good2Go will contact you to schedule the annual home comfort system maintenance. However, if you must reschedule that appointment, contact Good2Go to do so at your earliest convenience.

If you sell your home, you have a couple options with the Premier Program:

Option 1: Contact us to apply to transfer the service to the new homeowner; upon the new homeowner being approved for the Premier Program and executing required documentation, they will assume responsibility for any remaining payments.

Option 2: Contact Service 1st Financial to exercise your purchase option, as detailed in your Premier Program agreement. Under this option, you will take ownership of the system and program benefits will cease upon your exercise of the purchase option.

The standard term for the Premier Program is 10 years. At the end of the standard term, you may elect to do any of the following (subject to the terms and conditions of your Premier Program agreement): 1)upgrade to a new system, 2) extend your Premier Program agreement, 3) exercise your purchase option, or 4) return the system.

They rebuilt my dryer ductwork, which was so poorly designed that ice formed in it and leaked into my kitchen ceiling. They removed some bends, braced it, and insulated it. Beautiful and intelligent work!

They were so amazing from last time I had them do my central air and heat! Troy was great from the moment he reached out to figure out all my needs. Marc came in and did an amazing design layout of the unit. Even added some space for that future bathroom! Sage and Randy have a vibe! They connected so well with each other and they ensured the integrity of my home remained intact! The ladies in the office who handles the back end things were all very pleasant and professional.Beyond my expectations when it comes to quality service.I wanted to thank you guys for coming in and fixing our hot water heater. The two gentleman who came to our home was very efficient and professional. The tankless system looks amazing and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Totally exceeded my expectations.I will definitely be reaching out when I am ready for my basement plumbing project to be completed.

There was a small leak coming from my roof onto the new heating system. I called A.M Botte and from initial call to completion of service, they were timely and courteous. Would highly recommend.**Update - after a bad storm i saw some water dripping again. Eric came out within 24 hours and fixed the issue. They are wonderful and really stand by their work.

From the very beginning A.M, BOTTE plumbing and heating were very professional asked me to take some pictures. I recently had Ali from A.M. Botte perform preventive maintenance on all three of my HVAC units, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and respectful of my home—wearing booties to keep everything clean. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything without being pushy about sales. His work was neat and organized, and it was clear he takes pride in what he does.This was my first service with A.M. Botte, and I was so impressed that I signed up for a service contract on the spot. I had previously been with the big orange company, but after meeting Anthony personally multiple times and seeing the level of service A.M. Botte provides, I made the switch—and I’m glad I did. Oil to Gas ConversionAbsolutely awesome experience all around. Top to bottom nothing but professionalism. Resources and expertise of a large, well established business and the personal touch of a local mom-and-pop shop.- Chad (estimator): extremely thorough and patient with my questions and concerns about the conversion. Clearly paid attention to what we needed and made sure to address any and all issues. Have three separate estimates and explained the pros and cons of each. Made us feel very comfortable making the decision.Christine (coordinator): was very communicative and thorough helping us fill out the contract and paperwork for rebates and on bill repayment through PSE&GMarc (installation manager): again, very thorough and addresses each of our concerns along the way. Even made an extra stop out to the house just to make sure he was addressing issues with our specific setup.Eric & ??? (Installers): they both did an amazing job. They were also very open to my questions and let me explain some issues we had with old system. The made sure to take the time to explain some things to me that I needed to know, were extremely clean and respectful of our home. Eric even came back out a couple days later to double check pressure and rebleed the lines for optimal performance.I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking for HVAC work for their home or business.

Melvin and his helper did a fantastic job! They arrived on time. They were professional, courteous and patient. They answered all of our questions. They cleaned everything before they left, you wouldn’t know I had work done. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Absolutely great service! Installed my unit with no problems and explained how everything worked. Said they would arrive between 7:30-8:00 and they were there right on time! They even started in the area I asked them too because of my cat.
