How long does AC repair take?

Why is my AC blowing warm air?

Why is my AC leaking water?

Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, and Salem counties may take a bit longer depending on scheduling, but most calls still get same-day service. Emergency after-hours calls are dispatched immediately.

Do you offer financing for AC repair?

Yes. Good2Go offers financing through Contractor Commerce with approvals available on the spot. Financing is especially helpful for larger repairs or when deciding between a costly repair and full system replacement.

Is my AC repair covered under warranty?

It depends on the age of your system and how it was installed. Most manufacturers offer 5 to 10 year parts warranties on major components like compressors and coils. If Good2Go installed your system, labor is covered by our workmanship warranty. If you have a home warranty such as American Home Shield or Choice, we can often coordinate directly with them.

Do I need to be home for the AC repair?

Yes. An adult should be present so the technician can access the indoor and outdoor units, walk you through what they find, and get approval before starting work. A spouse, roommate, or property manager can stand in if the homeowner cannot be there.

They installed two toilets and did a few other repairs. Melvin was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.  We are still very satisfied customers! 2020 - AM Botte installed a tankless hot water system at our house.  The three techs were courteous, respectful of our home, explained the process and answered all questions.  They cleaned up when finished, took away old h/w tank and all trash.  We are very pleased!!
