You should schedule HVAC maintenance at least once a year, ideally in the spring for cooling systems and fall for heating systems. Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your system, reduce energy costs, and prevent costly breakdowns.
If your system is more than 15 years old and frequently needs repairs, it may be time to consider replacement. New systems are often more energy-efficient and cost-effective in the long run. A professional HVAC company can help assess your options.
No, chemical drain cleaners can damage your pipes and are often a temporary fix. It’s better to call a licensed plumber to properly clear the blockage and check for underlying issues.
Signs you may need sewer cleaning include recurring clogs, slow drains throughout the house, foul odors, and gurgling sounds from toilets or sinks. A plumbing contractor can perform a camera inspection to confirm.
You should never ignore flickering lights, frequent breaker trips, burning smells from outlets, or any exposed wiring. These are all signs that you need professional electrical services immediately to avoid fire hazards or safety risks.

UPDATE 2026 - Once again we called Botte (aka Good2Go) for plumbing services. They installed two toilets and did a few other repairs. Melvin was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We are still very satisfied customers! 2020 - AM Botte installed a tankless hot water system at our house. The three techs were courteous, respectful of our home, explained the process and answered all questions. They cleaned up when finished, took away old h/w tank and all trash. We are very pleased!! Would definitely recommend their services.Posted on Google![]()
