FAQ About HVAC Maintenance Memberships

How often should I schedule HVAC maintenance?

Most systems need maintenance twice a year: once in the spring for your AC and once in the fall for your heating system. That’s why our Go2Plus and Go2Elite plans include both.

What happens if I skip maintenance?

Skipping maintenance can lead to higher utility bills, more frequent breakdowns, and voided warranties. A clogged filter or loose connection might seem minor, but it can cause costly issues over time.

Does my plan cover repairs?

While repairs aren’t included in the plans, members enjoy discounts on repair costs and waived dispatch fees with the Go2Elite plan.

Can I add coverage for other systems?

Yes, you can add coverage for other systems. We offer add-on maintenance for humidifiers, air purifiers, water heaters, and plumbing systems to keep your entire home running smoothly.
